Meet Our Board Of Trustees
Clara Green
Chair of Trustees
Clara Green is the Chair of Trustees for Square Pegs Arts.
Clara's role is to support the team of trustees and make sure that all decisions made for the organisation are the best ones possible!
Clara has been involved with Pegs from almost the very start and has had the privilege of watching this amazing community grow. Clara is impressed by everyone's hard work and is so proud to be able to be a small part of it.
Amie Agapito
Trustee
I’m Amie Agapito, a Trustee at Square Pegs Arts. I first began volunteering in 2021 and joined the Board in 2022. With a background in marketing and operations, I enjoy bringing my skills to support a cause I’m passionate about. One of my favourite highlights has been seeing the creativity and confidence shine through when participants perform—it’s truly inspiring. When I’m not at Pegs, you’ll find me at home in Cambridgeshire with my wife, our dog, four cats, and two sheep, usually reading, gardening, or enjoying a long walk.
Alice Linnane
Trustee
Alice is a Theatre Producer working at Gate Theatre in London. Born and raised in South East London, Alice is passionate about platforming theatre that is inclusive, accessible and examines the cross sections between the personal, political, global and local.
She has produced with organisations such as Cardboard Citizens, the National Theatre and Graeae amongst others. In 2020 Alice joined Square Pegs as the producer for the Theatre Company, working closely with the group for two years until she transitioned into being a trustee.
Lizzy Luxford
Trustee
I joined the Square Pegs Board in 2020, and I was also a volunteer from about 2005 to 2007!
I am an experienced theatre maker and creative producer, currently General Manager at Graeae Theatre Company.
My favourite Square Pegs highlight is seeing the members grow into the amazing young people they have become over the last 20 years, not to mention the growth in the organisation itself!
When I’m not at Pegs, you’ll find me with a coffee and a notebook organising Graeae productions, or making memories with my wife, our daughter, and our family & friends.
Mary Paterson
Trustee
I joined the Board of Trustees in 2024, after having spent four years working with the company on business development and evaluation. I'm an arts manager with 25 years' experience in socially engaged practice, and I'm currently Head of Arts for Royal Brompton and Harefield Hospitals in London. I started working with Square Pegs during Covid, so my highlight is the first in-person choir concert I went to in Canterbury: it was electrifying. When I'm not at Pegs, you'll find me ... writing poetry.
